I come to Bar Harbor every year for MAGFest and am always content with the food and service. Derrick did a great job accommodating our requests—great server! Thank you so much and looking forward to my next visit. :)

Maurice and Derrick were amazing! We ran into a miscommunication at another restaurant where we were promised reservations however we showed up and they had told us total opposite. We ended up at Bar Harbor and it was all for a reason. I walked in and Derrick immediately made space for our party of 18. He pulled a team together and served us with high quality customer service. We stayed here last year during this conference so I already knew the food was good. But just the fact that they didn’t questions or hesitate about anything was amazing!! Keep up the great work.. food is delicious if you ever stay at the Hyatt or not. If you’re on the harbor , eat at bar harbor

The food was so good! Our server Derrick was amazing and very attentive. We special ordered food not on the menu and chef made it to order. The mojito mocktail tasted just like a real mojito without the alcohol. Great prices and good portions.

Absolute best service from our waitresses Maria & Antoinette!!! I felt like they really made sure that we were served quickly with amazing suggestions for us. They were pulled in so many different directions because it was so busy. However, both ladies were so attentive, sweet, respectful, genuine & timely. They made our weekend so worth it!!! Great food & great service! These two ladies dealt with several irate & completely disrespectful patrons with ease, patience and professional demeanor. Not once did they give the attitude that they were given. They made every effort to ensure that the customers were satisfied and helped in every way. I promise you, that I was so uncomfortable watching how these waitresses were treated. A kind word & smile goes a long way. Thank you Maria and Antoinette for being the best servers I have encountered while vacationing at the National Harbor & Hyatt Place.

I was surprised how not packed the place was for how delicious our meal was. Fried oysters were on point, harvest salad was crisp and generous with the toppings, and the Porky Pig pizza was surprisingly delicious. The best part was Derrick made one of the better espresso martinis I’ve ever had. I recommend.

What a fun night! Friendly staff and bartenders Derrick and Maurice made us some delicious espresso martinis, they were so good. Thank you! We will be visiting again soon!

We walked in off the street after trying to eat at a couple of places that had long wait times ( one place 2 hrs), the host ask if we had reservations and of course we did not. He ask us to wait. A nice gentleman came and seated us at a nice table up front. We ordered 3 appetizers: nachos with chili, the shrimp and crab dip all were very good! Ordered the berry bourbon margarita and orange creamsicle drink both were delicious! I appreciated the hospitality from all the staff! Our waitress was very attentive!
